Bad Designs – Why doesn't this marker cap fit?
This is a fascinating website, full of examples of things that are designed poorly. Many of them are designed poorly because they don't include error proofing as a core principle, such as with this example. Good learnings for lean thinkers on this website.

My kids have those markers. Beyond putting the cap back on, when you use the markers the same problem prevents the kids from easily getting the cap on the other end to store during use.
Caps lost…even worse, I find them on the floor with my bare feet.
