I also hope to raise intelligent discussion about the current and future competitive standing of U.S. manufacturing. As an American manufacturing professional, I have a vested interest in this topic. I believe in free trade, but I also believe that all manufacturers should treat employees and workers fairly and humanely, as I believe the Toyota Production System encourages us to do.

My kids have those markers. Beyond putting the cap back on, when you use the markers the same problem prevents the kids from easily getting the cap on the other end to store during use.
Caps lost...even worse, I find them on the floor with my bare feet.
