Avoiding Unclear Buzzwords

Hi blog readers. I got some feedback from one visitor that said, “I'd like more explanation of articles you link to & more definitions of buzzwords and acronyms.”

I try to avoid using buzzwords, and if I do so, it's out of familiarity with them, I'm not trying to exclude anyone from the “lean buzzword” club.

If there's ever something in a post that's unclear or a buzzword that you, as a reader, don't understand, feel free to email me or to post a comment to the article. I get notified when there are comments and I'd be happy to discuss or clarify (or even debate) anything posted on here.

  1. I’ve used a free software plug in called “Bullfighter” for about a year; it’s great. It works with MS Word and PowerPoint and you can download it for free at http://www.fightthebull.com .

It scores your writing on a “bull meter” and highlights jargon in the document.

Works great. Every consultant and software sales guy should get it.
