Lean Manufacturing Planning System

I found this great paper on the web. Though I could not find a date on it, I see a lot of value in the planning approach suggested by the author, Olugbenga O. Mejabi. The approach is very thorough from an operational, and financial perspective right down to the ROI calculation for a lean transformation initiative.

There's also a great suggestion for a Lean Manufacturing Scorecard Spider Chart. The format clearly shows the need for a holistic approach to lean rather than a selecting tools and processes with specific and limited application.

Does anyone have any experience following Mejabi's planning system?
